The NEET UG 2025 application form correction window will open till tomorrow, March 11. Candidates who have registered for the NEET UG 2025 application form and wish to modify certain categories can do so at neet.nta.nic.in.
Candidates must log in using their credentials and then update the specified categories that are permitted to be edited by the Agency.

– Educational qualifications, including Class 10 and 12 details
– Candidate's signature
– Parents' names
– Candidates will be permitted to change their exam city based on changes to their permanent address.
– Category and sub-category of the candidate
– State of eligibility
– Number of NEET attempts
– Disability status (if applicable)
Candidates must note that this is a one-time facility extended to candidates to avoid any inconvenience. Candidates are advised to correct carefully, as no other chance for corrections will be given, as per the NTA.

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2025) will be conducted on May 4. Once the NEET correction window is closed, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the city intimation slip on April 26 and the admit card of NEET will be made available on May 1.

Step 1: Go to the official website-- neet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Log in with the required details on the NEET UG portal
Step 3: The NEET UG 2025 application form will appear on the screen and edit the particulars
Step 4: Click on the submit button download the NEET UG 2025 confirmation page and take a printout for future reference.
