NEET UG Result 2025: A video is going viral on social media about NEET UG 2025 topper Keshav Mittal, who is said to be the topper of various coaching institutes.
In the clip, a man is holding a newspaper allegedly, saying how different coaching centres like Allen, Motion NEET, and Narayana have each proclaimed Keshav Mittal to be their student who achieved AIR 7 and topped the NEET UG exam 2025.

As soon as the video went viral on social media, the netizens started dropping their comments on the video.
One user said, "Not education it is business." Another user commented, "After looking at all the photos carefully, one thing can be found out that the person whose T-shirt looks a little old must have studied from that coaching institute. Because he used to go there to study, it must have become old by wearing it daily. The rest of the students must have taken their photos wearing new T-shirts. So they will look new." A third user wrote, "Heavy fines should be imposed for wrong advertising!"
Apart from this video, one more social media post claims the same allegation and tags different media channels to verify the news. The caption of the post reads, "#NEET2025 One student at #AIR7 KESHAV MITTAL claimed by @allenkota @MotionKota & @narayanacoach 3 different coaching... Meet Keshav Mittal- NEET UG 2025 topper
Keshav Mittal, 17, of Tapa town in Punjab's Barnala district, received an all-India rank (AIR) 7 in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) UG, achieving 680 out of 720.
He took the medical admission exam for the first time, which is administered annually by the NTA, and he received the highest score from Punjab.
After attending DM Public Senior Secondary School in Karar Wala, Bathinda district, Keshav received coaching at a private school in Chandigarh, where he continued his study regimen of eight to nine hours every day.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the NEET UG 2025 results on June 14 on the official website of NTA NEET at neet.nta.nic.in. This year, more than 22.7 lakh candidates took part in the extremely competitive medical entrance exam, which was held on May 4 at over 4,800 venues in India and abroad.
