Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh), March 24: In a horrific incident which took place in SC Hostel in Kodumur, Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, students were brutally thrashed with belt by another student inside the hostel. The incident was caught on camera and the video of the incident is doing rounds on social media. It can be seen in the video that a student is being beaten mercilessly by another student inside the hostel.
As per reports, the incident occurred in the SC Hostel which is located in Kodumur, Kurnool. A class 9 student brutally thrashed class 6 students with belt allegedly because they did not listen to him. The video shows that the 9th grader is beating the students in front of other students present inside the hostel room.

It can be seen in the video that the class 9 student is mercilessly beating the younger students with a belt. They are seen in the video crying in pain and pleading him to stop. Despite their cries, the student continued the assault without restraint. The incident was recorded by one of the students present at the spot and the video went viral on social media.
The viral video sparked outrage on social media and the internet users demanded strict action against the accused for beating the students. They are urging Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Nara Lokesh to take cognizance of the matter and take action.
Few users are also demanding that the class 9 student who is beating the students with the belt should be given the same punishment. The internet users are also raising questions about the role of the hostel warden into the matter and asking what was the warden doing when the kids were being brutally thrashed inside the hostel.
