Those who registered for the exam can verify the results by following the steps listed below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Karnataka PGCET Result 2025 link.

Step 3: After this, candidates should enter their login details and then submit.

Step 4: Now, the Karnataka PGCET result will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the scorecard and take a printout of the same for further reference.

Karnataka PGCET 2025: Exam details

The written exam took place on June 22, 2025, in two shifts: 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., and 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. The tentative answer key was revealed on June 23, and the objection period ended on June 25, 2025.

Karnataka PGCET 2025: Merit list

The merit list for MBA, MCA, ME / M.Tech / M.Arch is created separately based entirely on the marks received in the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test, with no consideration given to the candidates' qualifying examination scores.

"Provided that where the merit of two or more candidates is the same, the inter se merit shall be determined with reference to the total aggregate marks obtained in the Qualifying examination and where marks obtained are equal again, the inter se merit shall be determined on the basis of the age of the candidate, wherein the elder candidate will be considered before the younger," the information bulletin reads.

Karnataka PGCET Result 2025: Tie breaking criteria

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will provide a rank based on the scores from the qualifying tests of two students who receive identical scores in the Karnataka PGCET 2025 exam. The applicants' ages will be the next factor taken into consideration if their qualifying exam results are likewise the same. A random lottery will be used to assign ranks in the rare cases where several candidates have identical PGCET results, qualifying exam scores, and ages.
