Karnataka Bank will close the online application process for Scale-I Probationary Officer (PO) today, December 10, 2024. Interested candidates can apply through the official website.
Online applications started accepting on November 30, 2024, and must be submitted by December 10, 2024. As soon as possible, everyone who is interested in banking and satisfies the eligibility conditions is encouraged to apply.

Eligibilty criteria:
By November 1, 2024, candidates must have graduated with degrees from an accredited university or other establishment.
Candidates who are enrolled in postgraduate courses or who are awaiting results are not eligible to apply.
Agricultural science graduates, law graduates (5 years integrated course only), postgraduates in any field, and professionals with the CA, CS, CMA, and ICWA certifications
As on November 1, 2024, candidates who were born on or after November 2, 1996, must be at least 28 years old.
Applicants from the following groups are eligible for age relaxation: SC/ST applicants: five years.

Application Fee for General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 800 + applicable taxes
Application Fee for SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 700 + applicable taxes

How to apply:
Step 1: Go to www.karnatakabank.com, the bank's official website.
Step 2: Click the PO Recruitment 2024 link after selecting the Careers section.
Step 3: Next, submit a working email address and mobile number to finish the registration process.
Step 4: Enter academic, professional, and personal information on the application form.
Step 5: Upload the required documents, along with a current photo and signature.
Step 6: Use a debit or credit card or net banking to pay the application cost online.
Step 7: After that, send in the application and keep a copy for your records.
Selection process:
The selection process will be based on a 150-minute online test with 202 questions and 225 possible points. Candidates who make the short list will be invited to an interview at the Bank's headquarters in Mangaluru or at a predetermined venue.
Pay Scale:
The Scale-I officer category would be assigned to those selected for the Karnataka Bank PO position. With allowances, the pay range for this role is Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920. Candidates hired in major cities will make about Rs 1,17,000 a month.
