JAC Class 8, 9 Revised Timetable: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has postponed the JAC Class 8,9 exams due to unavoidable circumstances. Now, the council has announced new dates for both the exams. As per the new datesheet, the Class 8th exam will begin on March 10, 2025, and the Class 9 exam will held on March 11, 2025. Earlier, the exam was scheduled from January 28 to 30.

The hall tickets for the Class 9 examination, 2025, will be accessible for download from March 5, 2025, via the "Exam Form Portal Section" on the Council's website "www.jac.jharkhand.gov.in" for the appropriate school authorities. Students will need to get their admit cards from their respective schools. Internal evaluation marks will be entered online using the same portal from March 18, 2025, to March 30, 2025, as per the official notice.

JAC Class 10 Hindi and Science papers leak

The Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations are going on across Jharkhand from February 11, 2025. The class 12 exam will end tomorrow meanwhile the class 10 exam is supposed to conclude today but due to Hindi and Science papers leaked on social media, the council will now conduct re-exams for both subjects on March 7 and 8 respectively. The Jharkhand Police have recently detained ten individuals for involvement with the suspected paper leak.

The exam took place in two shifts. The morning shift for class 10 exams ran from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m., whereas the afternoon session ran from 2 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. This year, 7.84 lakh students are sitting for the examinations at 2,086 centres in the state.
