Aspirants interested in applying for the position of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II/Executive (ACIO-II/Exe) in the Intelligence Bureau (Ministry of Home Affairs), Government of India, can do so through the Ministry of Home Affairs' official website at mha.gov.in.
The registration procedure starts on July 19 and ends on August 10, 2025. The deadline for submitting the application fee via SBI challan is August 12, 2025. This recruitment process aims to fill 3717 positions in the organisation.

According to the official notice, the application fee is ₹100/—, while the recruiting processing charge is ₹550/-. Payment can be made via a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, challan, and other methods. The applicant may create a payment acknowledgement slip for future use.
IB ACIO Grade 2 Exam 2025: Selection process
The selection procedure will consist of three stages: Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III/Interview. Tier I will consist of 100 objective-type MCQs separated into five parts, each with 20 questions worth one mark in Current Affairs, General Studies, Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning/Logical Aptitude, and English. The Tier II exam consists of a descriptive type of paper worth 50 marks.

Applicants who wish to apply for the examination must have a graduate or equivalent degree from a recognised university. The age limit for sitting for the examination is 18 to 27 years old as of August 10, 2025.
