On February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, IIT Roorkee is prepared to administer the GATE 2025 exam in two shifts: morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). Exams for 30 subjects will be administered over various times and days.

How to download the admit card:
Step 1: Go to gate2025.iitr.ac.in, the official GATE 2025 website.
Step 2: Select the GATE 2025 admission card link from the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your login information, including your password and enrolment number.
Step 4: Click GATE login 2025 and then click the link to download GATE hall tickets 2025.
Step 5: The screen will display the GATE admission card 2025.
Step 6: Download and save
Step 7: Take a printout of the admit card for future reference.

Guidelines:
A printed copy of the GATE admission card and a valid form of identification, such as a passport, driver's license, voter ID, Aadhar card, or PAN card, must be carried by the candidate.
At least ninety minutes prior to the exam's start time, candidates must arrive at the testing location.
It is forbidden to bring calculators, pagers, cell phones, watches, or any other type of electronic device inside the exam room.
Twenty minutes before to the exam's start time, candidates can log on and begin reading the instructions.
The candidate's computer will have virtual calculators.
There will be a scribbling pad available for calculations and rough work.
You are permitted to bring a transparent water bottle, a pen, and a pencil.
After 12:30 pm in the morning session and after 5:30 pm in the afternoon session, PWD applicants who have been given compensatory time are permitted to depart the exam location.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru (IISc) all need the GATE exam each year for applicants to their MTech programs.
