The results of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) for December 2024 have been made public by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) at natboard.edu.in.
The date of the exam was January 12, 2025. Foreign medical graduates can practise in India after passing this licensing exam.
Individual scorecards will be accessible for download by January 27 at the latest, it was stated. The scorecards cannot be submitted for registration to a state medical council.
How to check the result:
Step 1: Go to natboard.edu.in, the official website.
Step 2: Find the link for FMGE result 2024 in the "What's New" section of the homepage.
Step 3: Look through the PDF for the result link.
Step 4: The FMGE result 2024 PDF will open after you click the link.
Step 5: Look up your roll number and see if you passed or failed.
Step 6: Print the document and save a copy of the PDF on your devices for future reference.
Exam pattern:
There were three hundred multiple-choice questions in the FMGE exam. There were 150 questions in each of the two halves of the paper. Each of the two sessions lasted 150 minutes. Each part's question paper was broken up into several time-bound pieces. For instance, suppose the question paper was divided into three portions (A, B, and C), each with fifty questions and fifty minutes allocated for it. The test did not have any bad marking. Candidates must receive at least 150 points in order to pass the test.
