The registration window for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) May session 2025 will be closed soon by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Those who are qualified to take the entrance exam can find more information on the ICSI's official website - icsi.edu. The last date to submit the form for the exam is April 15, 2025.
Applicants will not be permitted to utilise calculators, pens/pencils, or paper/notebooks during CSEET. The University Grants Commission (UGC) acknowledges the CS qualification as equivalent to a master's degree.
CSEET 2025: Exam details
The CSEET is required for entrance to the Company Secretaries course. The examination is planned for May 3, 2025. To finish the enrolment process, aspirants must pay an application fee of Rs 2,000. CSEET is held in four phases every year: January, May, July, and November.

CSEET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Those who have completed class 12 or will take the class 12 test are qualified to apply for the CSEET.
Individuals who have completed the foundation level of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, final passed applicants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, graduates with a minimum of 50% marks, and postgraduates are exempt from taking the CS entrance exam. These pupils don't have to take the CSEET and can apply directly to the CS Executive Programme.
CSEET 2025: Exam pattern
The Company Secretaries Executive Entrance Test will assess students in four areas: Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, and Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude. The exam is going to be taken in Remote Proctored Mode from anywhere in the country, with invigilators monitoring the pupils online.
CSEET 2025: Passing marks
To pass the Company Secretary entrance test, aspirants must achieve at least 40% in each paper and an overall average of 50%. There are no negative marks in the exam.
