CLAT 2025 Result: The Delhi High Court has raised eyebrows over the quality of question papers in the CLAT 2025 exam and stressed having more qualified paper setters in the future. A division bench, headed by Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, is listening to petitions challenging the results of the exam.

According to the media reports, the court's reservations are based on problems with ill-framed questions, one regarding homeless people that was admitted to be "wrongly formulated" by Senior Advocate Rajshekhar Rao, who appeared for the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). The Consortium had consulted various experts, two of whom had given conflicting opinions on the question being valid or not.

The court said that such discrepancies underscore the need for stricter scrutiny of question papers and improved academic monitoring. This is not the first time the court has expressed alarm, having already noted in an earlier hearing that at least one question should be withdrawn.

The court will deal with CLAT PG petitions separately based on syllabus differences and objections raised. The case has been reserved for lunch break, and hearings will resume later in the day. Further directions, such as whether or not the Consortium is to be directed to recalculate the CLAT UG 2025 results, are anticipated post-lunch.
