Bihar WCDC Recruitment 2025: The Women and Child Development Corporation (WCDC) of Bihar has requested online applications for several positions under the Mission Shakti Yojana (Advertisement No. 04/2025-26). The online application procedure started on June 26, 2025, and will be available until July 18, 2025 (6 p.m.). Those who are interested should apply through the official website, wcdc.bihar.gov.in. The recruiting effort intends to fill 77 contractual openings at 11 newly built One Stop Centres.
Bihar WCDC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are:
Education qualification
1. Applicants for the Central Administrator job must have a Master's degree in Law, Social Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work, as well as at least five years of experience working on government or non-government programs that deal with women's concerns.
2. To be a Case Worker, aspirants need a Bachelor's degree in one of the subjects listed above and at least three years of experience working with women-focused organisations in a similar role.
3. To be considered for the Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer post, candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Law, at least two years of legal experience, and at least three years of experience working on projects or programs that deal with women's concerns.
4. To apply for the Para Medical Personnel job, applicants must have a degree or diploma in paramedics and three years of experience working with women's health initiatives.
5. To be a Psycho-Social Counsellor, aspirants must have a degree in psychology or neuroscience and at least three years of experience working on women's health projects.
6. To be an Office Assistant with Computer Knowledge, aspirants need a Bachelor's degree in any field, a Computer ITI Diploma, and three years of job experience.
