AILET 2027 Registration Begins: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for AILET 2027 must meet the eligibility requirements prescribed for the respective undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes.
For BA LLB (Hons)
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination.
Minimum marks:
General/OBC/EWS: 45%
SC/ST/PwD: 40%
Age limit: There is no upper age limit for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) programme.
For LLM
Educational qualification: Candidates must have passed or be appearing in the final year of a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree.
Minimum marks:
General/OBC/EWS: 50%
SC/ST/PwD: 45%
Age limit: There is no upper age limit for admission to the LLM programme.

SC, ST & PwD candidates

SC/ST women candidates under BPL
Application fee: Exempted
Eligible SC/ST women candidates who fall under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are not required to pay the application fee.
