Umesh Yadav was brutally trolled on social media after he failed to save the 1st T20 against Australia after giving away 14 runs in the last over. While the first T20I between India and Australia seemed like a one-sided affair after hosts India could only score 126 in the first innings, Indian bowlers managed to make it a hard-fought match in the end.

While Aussies were playing good at one point with Glenn Maxwell (56) and D’Arcy Short (37) at the crease, their quick dismissals gave India a chance to make a comeback in the match. With 16 runs need off 12 balls in the end, Jasprit Bumrah came up with a magnificent over giving away just 2 runs.

It seemed like India would claim the victory after Bumrah’s spectacular bowling in the death over. However, Umesh could not follow the footsteps of Bumrah and eventually gave away 14 runs in 6 balls, putting India on the losing side as Australians won by 3 wickets.

As a result, Umesh Yadav became a victim of trolls by Indian cricket fans who could not digest his poor bowling in spite of Bumrah giving him such an advantage in the last over. Cricket fans trolled Yadav on Twitter sharing hilarious memes after the match. Have a look at some of the tweets.
