Alia Bhatt On Casting Couch in Bollywood: Everyone faces their own battles of struggle to get work

Casting couch is a debatable topic in Bollywood for more than the last few decades. There are several celebs who have opened up about the prevalence of the malicious practice. And the latest one to join the list is ‘Raazi’ star Alia Bhatt. Alia was speaking to Deccan Chronicle and said, “I know and do understand that at times, many boys and girls have to go through bad situations in order to be able to fetch some work. Everyone has to face their own battle of struggle in order to be able to get work in this industry. And during their struggle, some people could use the strugglers for their benefit.”

“Everyone faces their own battle of struggle in order to be able to get work here. And during their struggle some people could use the strugglers for their benefit,” she added.

Giving a piece of advice to those who are facing with the issue, Alia said, “They should always believe in themselves. However, if at all they are confronted with this bad moment they need to immediately inform their parents. And thereafter go to the police.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia Bhatt’s latest release ‘Raazi’ is going strong at the box-office and climbing the stairs of success. ‘Raazi’ currently earned a total of Rs. 68.88 crore and is now eyeing the Rs. 100 crore mark. Alia will next be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Gully Boy’, Ayan Mukherji’s ‘Brahmastra’ and Abhishek Varma’s ‘Kalank’.
