Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters for Freshly Brewed Coffee
Blue Tokai is not a typical coffee shop which makes ‘just coffees’. The menu not only comprises of regular coffees such as mocha, cappuccino, latte and espresso but also four varieties of black coffee. The interesting factor of the coffee shop is it holds ‘Roasting Days’ twice a week, where you can actually view coffee being brewed. You can even try its nitrogen infused coffee. The coffee shop has tied up with Magazine Street Kitchen for coffee accompaniments such as muffins, croissants and sandwiches. You can have your coffee-fix home-delivered if you stay in or around Mahalaxmi, Parel and Elphinstone station.

La Folie Lab for Siphon Coffee
The lab sells some amazing Siphon coffee. The coffee comes straight from the apparatus. (Sounds more like a science lab?) The concept dates back to 1800s, it was believed that boiling coffee kills the taste and so coffee with vacuums and vapour pressure was born. The coffee comes in a shot glass, looks clear and tastes awesome.

Di Bella Coffee for Flat White Coffee
Born in Australia, Flat White Coffee looks like a latte but tastes more like a cappuccino without the foam. You can expect a robust flavour as compared to other milk based coffees. It is said that the Aussies preferred milk based coffees and so the culture of Flat White Coffee was born. The Aussie chain is one of the few in Mumbai to offer Flat White Coffee.

The Birdsong for Organic Coffee
Hidden away from the world in the narrow bylanes of Bandra lies the cosy cafe called The Birdsong. This place is straight out of a song! If you are an organic fan then this place is for you. Ever heard of organic cappuccino or organic latte? No? Then you should surely visit this place. The cafe also serves amazing organic and vegan food.

The Koffee Works for Filter Coffee
Awaken your senses with the fresh aroma of supreme filter coffee, the typical South Indian style. The coffee beans here are handpicked straights from the farm and are roasted perfectly. The coffee shop is run by the 13th generations of a family who have dedicated their life in serving the best filter coffee ever. The floral printed couches and the funky handicrafts here will surely grab your attention. The Koffee Works delivers coffee in Kharghar and neighbouring areas, in a flask. The delivery is not the end; the delivery person also pours the coffee in a cup for you (a royal treatment, indeed!).

The Pantry for Cold Brewed Coffee
The pretty-as-a-picture cafe with high ceilings, white wooden interiors, European-inspired decor and of course the coffee menu takes you to a different world altogether. The USP of the coffee house is its ‘Cold Brewed Coffee’. Unlike other cold coffee houses, the beans here are not just boiled in hot water in fact it is soaked for 12 plus hours. Giving you that perfect cup of coffee, making it less acidic and bitter. With free WiFi and amazing multiple cups of coffee you can spend an entire day here working on your laptop.
