In addition, apart from users not being able to access the application, DownDetector, a platform measuring operationality of such internet services, has also shown that the X outage peaked at around 15:00 hours, as continues to be down.

Netizens React To Outage On Other Platforms
Downdetector indicated that reporting of outage of the platform's services surged at around 15:00 hours IST, thereby further corroborating a possible outage.
Now, netizens on other platforms, particularly Threads, facebook and other platforms have now taken the opportunity to raise the issue of the outage.

After a brief outage of well under 30 minutes, the platform was restored.
Elon Musk or X's official account is yet confirm or issue a statement in the outage.
