Wipro Limited announced that the company has allotted 31,896 equity shares under the ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and 1,01,852 equity shares under the Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007 on January 6, 2023.
The issue is pursuant to exercise of ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) of the company.
