Aryaman Birla is the wealthiest cricket player in the world With a staggering net worth of ₹ 2.35 lakh crore, the 27-year-old is the son of renowned billionaire businessman Kumar Mangalam Birla, who is currently the 8th richest person in India.

Besides business Aryaman is also a cricket player who played Ranji matches for Madhya Pradesh and was part of IPL team Rajasthan Royals fro two seasons.

Aryaman Birla's cricket journey

Aryaman played nine first-class matches while representing Madhya Pradesh and scored 414 runs. One of his best performances was during the Ranji Trophy when he scored an unbeaten 103 against Bengal at Eden Gardens.

Prior to Ranji stint that, he had a three-month stint in England under former Middlesex cricketer Paul Weekes, playing for West Hampstead Cricket Club and the London Schools Cricket Association. Birla spent four years in the junior circuit in Madhya Pradesh before being handed a Ranji Trophy debut in October 2017.

In 2018, Aryaman joined the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However he didn’t play any matches in the IPL. Unfortunately, injuries led him to take an indefinite break from cricket in December 2019.
