It is alleged that SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been warned by the group of hackers, Anonymous. The billionaire is targeted by the group due to his tweets that lead to the crash of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Many have shared the video but the authenticity of the video is unknown.
The group has claimed that it will expose Musk and his company in indulging wrongdoings and also blamed Musk for destroying lives of retail investors.
According to the video which is circulated online, the group can be seen calling out Musk, a billionaire and a narcissist.
In the video, a person wearing Guy Fawkes Mask can be seen saying, “For the past several years, you have enjoyed one of the most favourable reputations of anyone in the billionaire class because you have tapped into the desire that many of us have to live in a world with electric cars and space exploration...”
The individual added people are starting to realise that Musk is another narcissistic rich dude who is desperate for attention.
In the video, the person alleged that Tesla purchased Bitcoin from the money given to the company as government subsidies.
Anonymous, which has been linked to cyber attacks on police departments, politicians, financial companies and religions, went on to issue what appeared to be a warning to the billionaire.
"You may think you are the smartest person in the room, but now you have met your match. We are Anonymous! We are legion. Expect us," the person said.
Musk did not address the threat directly, but tweeted, "Don't kill what you hate, Save what you love", after the threating video.
