The telecom market is becoming competitive day by day and the latest news is coming from Vodafone, which has introduced a new unlimited recharge plan for Rs. 119. Vodafone has introduced a new prepaid plan for Rs. 119, which offers unlimited calling for one month. This plan, however, is only available in selected 4G circles and has not been introduced as an open market plan.
The plan, which is only available to selected users, provide unlimited calling for 28 days at Rs. 119. This plan also offers 1 GB of internet data for the entire period. However, this plan does not offer 1 GB data per day like the Rs. 169 plan which was introduced by Vodafone earlier. Rs. 119 prepaid plan also does not have 100 SMS-per-day facility like that of Rs. 169 plan. Rs. 169 plan of Vodafone offers unlimited calling, 100 SMS a day and 1 GB data per day for 28 days.
Vodafone had rolled out Rs. 169 plan in 2018 to offer unlimited calling benefits to its customer at low price. In response, Airtel too had introduced a similar Rs. 169 plan with similar benefits. These packs include unlimited calling, 100 SMS per day and 1 GB internet data per day for a period of 28 days. Reliance Jio has Rs. 149 plan which offers same benefits.
