Speaking to media, Graham accused these nations of indirectly supporting Russian President Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine by purchasing Russian oil.

100 Percent Tariffs Proposed by Trump Administration

According to Graham, former President Donald Trump, if re-elected, is preparing to impose 100 percent tariffs on oil imports from countries buying energy from Russia. Graham stated clearly, “Trump is going to put tariffs on those who buy Russian oil,” singling out India, China, and Brazil in particular. He emphasized that such measures are aimed at halting financial support to Putin’s regime.

“We Will Destroy Your Economy” – Graham’s Blunt Message

Graham didn’t hold back, saying, “If you continue to buy cheap Russian oil, we will wreck your economy. What you're doing is blood money.” He added that this is not just an economic matter but a moral one. He warned that Trump has lost patience with countries profiting from cheap oil at the cost of global peace.

Choose Between the US or Putin: Graham

The Senator concluded by urging these nations to choose between aligning with the US economy or continuing to support Putin. He believes most countries will side with the US when forced to choose. He also accused Putin of trying to rebuild the former Soviet Union and warned of long-term consequences for those who support him.
