According to a regulatory filing, the transfer of non-convertible debentures of HDFC Limited to HDFC Bank has been approved by BSE and NSE.
HDFC Limited and HDFC Bank are on the path of amalgamation, in which will be the biggest corporate transaction of Indian history.
