Syngene allots 5,80,500 for employee welfare scheme

According to an exchange filing, Syngene has allotted 5,80,500 shares for its employee welfare trust as part of a long term incentive plan.

After this, the paid up share capital of the firm has increased to Rs 402,0150,000.
