Sharp has launched a new series of A3 colour multifunction printers in India. These new prints are being called - BP-22C20/BP-22C20T and BP-22C25/BP-22C25T – and the company looks to target SMEs, schools, and healthcare sectors. With print speeds of 20-25 PPM, mobile printing support, and a compact design, the printers aim to streamline office workflows. These next-gen printers are priced starting from Rs. 2,97,500. Key features include a 7-inch touchscreen, duplex printing, and enhanced security.
The SHARP BP-22C series A3 colour multifunction printers are designed to fit in limited spaces. These printers are ideal for SMEs, corporate offices, co-working spaces, hospitals and clinics, and other large office spaces. It combines colour and monochrome printing at 20 and 25 pages per minute (PPM) with copy, scan, and print functionalities, aiming to simplify document workflows in space-constrained environments. Priced starting from Rs. 2,97,500, these printers are now available through Sharp's authorized dealers across India.
Other key features include a 7-inch intuitive touchscreen panel that offers access to functions like duplex printing and “Rotated Output for Copy,” which automatically arranges landscape and portrait prints. Internally, the devices offer 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage, allowing smooth multitasking and faster job processing. Additionally, it comes with anexpanded paper capacity of up to 1,850 sheets for uninterrupted tasks.
The printers support Sharpdesk Mobile, AirPrint, and USB Direct Print, making it easy to print from smartphones or USB drives without a PC. With a 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder (RSPF) and 31 OPM scan speed, the printers are suited for high-volume scanning to email, FTP, or USB destinations. Security features include password-based user authentication, secure job retention, and data erasure protocols during decommissioning. There’s optional Wi-Fi support as well.
