Mumbai: On July 2, 2025, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) passed an order against a registered research analyst firm named Investopher Research Services Private Limited. The firm's SEBI registration number is INH000008561.

The order was issued under order number WTM/AS/MIRSD/MIRSD-SEC-5/31509/2025-26 and came into effect immediately. This means the directions in the order must be followed right away without any delay.
