Samsung has officially confirmed that the Galaxy Unpacked event will be held in New York on July 9. The event will see the unveil of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7. The announcement falls in line with all the rumours that have been circulating regarding the foldable phones. Samsung is calling it the ‘Summer Galaxy Unpacked’ event.
Samsung has confirmed that the keynote will begin at 10am EST i.e. 7.30pm IST. It will be hosted in Brooklyn, New York. While the anticipation is largely around the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, Samsung could unveil more products at the global event.
Pricing and availability for the Indian market is likely to be announced soon after. The event will be livestreamed on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and the official Youtube channel as well. The teaser suggests that the new phones will pack AI features.
“The next-generation Galaxy devices are being reimagined around a new AI-powered interface, supported by breakthrough hardware built to unlock their full potential. This future is already unfolding, and the best of Galaxy AI and Samsung craftsmanship is about to be unveiled,” the company said in a statement.
Samsung has also said that it will share more teasers running up to the launch, hinting at more features on the upcoming foldables.
