Mumbai: Trading members have been informed that the suspension on the equity shares of Dalmia Industrial Development Ltd. (Scrip Code: 539900) will be lifted effective April 17, 2025. This move is in accordance with SEBI's guidelines as per circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12.

Group and Session Details

Post-revocation, the company’s securities will be resumed in the "XT" group, as per the SEBI framework. Additionally, the shares will be part of the Special Pre-open Session scheduled for April 17, 2025, under the category of IPO’s & Relisted Scrips.
