Power Finance Corporation Lists New Bonds, BSE Welcomes New Debt Securities

BSE listed two new high-rated bonds by Power Finance Corporation Ltd. These private placements offer annual interest and are tradable in demat form from May 23, 2025, with maturities in 2028 and 2030.

Mumbai: On May 23, 2025, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) announced the listing of two new debt securities issued by Power Finance Corporation Ltd. These bonds were privately placed and are now available for trading on the BSE Debt Segment.

The first bond, identified with Scrip Code 976709 and Scrip ID 661PFCL28, has a face value of Rs 1,00,000. A total of 2,45,000 units were issued. This bond carries an annual interest rate of 6.61%, with interest payments scheduled every year starting from May 22, 2026, until maturity on July 15, 2028.

The second bond, with Scrip Code 976710 and Scrip ID 664PFCL30, has the same face value, and 2,50,000 units have been issued. It offers an annual interest rate of 6.64% and matures on July 15, 2030. Interest payments will also begin from May 22, 2026.

Both bonds hold top credit ratings of CRISIL AAA/Stable and ICRA AAA/Stable, making them highly secure investment options. They are available only in dematerialized form, with a minimum trading lot of 1.
