Poonawalla Fincorp allots 13,625 shares as part of ESOPs scheme

According to an exchange filing, Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 13,625 equity shares as part of an employee stock options scheme.

With this allotment, Poonawalla's paid up share capital has increased to Rs 153,58,95,184.
