According to an exchange filing, pharma firm Zydus has appointed Akhil Monappa and Upasana Kamineni Konidela as independent directors, after approval during the Extraordinary General Meeting.
Both of them are not related to any other director and aren't debarred from becoming independent directors by SEBI.
