Mumbai: Virat Industries Limited has announced an Offer to Buy (OTB) under the takeover route. The offer will be live on the BSE’s acquisition window from Monday, April 21, 2025, to Monday, May 5, 2025.

The offer involves purchasing up to 23,56,954 equity shares at a fixed offer price of Rs 158 per share. Each share has a face value of Rs 10 and the market lot is 1 share.

Give-up Dates: April 21 to May 2, 9:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
