Mumbai: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has leased out his premium commercial property in Mumbai, securing a monthly rental income of Rs 5,62,000, according to property registration documents accessed by Square Yards from the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra. The lease agreement was officially registered in January 2025.

Spanning 27.55 acres, the ready-to-occupy property offers state-of-the-art office facilities.
