Through a regulatory filing, Motherson Sumi now known as Samvardhana Motherson International, has announced the deregistration of its Chinese auto component arm Shenyang SMP.
The China-based indirect subsidiary with a Rs 19.2 crore net worth, has ceased to exist after Motherson Sumi's move.
