According to an exchange filing, Mahindra and Mahindra has acquired 7,67,59,301 shares of its subsidiary Mahindra Aerospace Private Limited.
With this share purchase agreement, Mahindra's stake in MAPL will go up from 91 per cent to 100 per cent, making it a fully owned subsidiary of the firm.
