According to an exchange filing, paint firm Kansai Nerolac has acquired another 40 per cent stake in adhesive brand Nerofix from its partner Polygel.
The firm which was a joint venture between Nerolac and Polygel, is now a fully own subsidiary of Nerolac, which now 100 per cent of its shares.
