R K Swamy BBDO, Dentsu One and Scarecrow Communications win two golds each.
Mumbai: J Walter Thompson (JWT), India took home four golds at the 7th edition of the India Chapter of International Advertising Association’s (IAA) annual property, the Olive Crown Awards. The agency bagged four golds and one silver at different categories for its campaign #SpiritofBengaluru which was for their client ‘The Hindu’. Another highlight of the evening was the ‘green crusader of the year’ title which was given to actress Dia Mirza in presence of actor Vivek Oberoi.

JWT was the gold winners at various categories like campaign of the year; green brand of the year; TVC / cinema – corporate; and digital. R K Swamy BBDO won two golds in press corporate. Dentsu One won in TVC / cinema – services and TVC / cinema – corporate categories. Scarecrow Communications won in print production and out of home categories.
The awards were presented to those creative minds which were driven by the message of sustainability or ‘green advertising’. The award night witnessed the presence of senior marketing, media and advertising professionals.

The jury which shortlisted the winners include K V Sridhar, founder and chief creative officer of Hyper Collective; Sonal Dabral, chairman and chief creative officer of DDB Mudra Group, India; Carlton Disilva, CEO and CCO of Hungama Digital Services; Malvika Mehra, founder and creative director of Tomorrow Creative Lab and Raj Nair, CEO and chief creative officer of Madison BMB. The jury for the corporate crusader award included Shernaz Vakil, CMD of Dai-ichi Karkaria; Suresh Goklaney, CEO of Eureka Forbes; Sachin Kalbag, editor of The Hindu and K. Anandasagar, MD and chief compliance officer of Citibank.
The evening witnessed soulful performance by Rajeev Raja Combine followed by an energetic performance by The Stage-famed performers Sharvi Yadav and Arunaja Nalinakshan.
