Through an exchange filing, Jusdial has announced the allotment of 6,875 equity shares to employees who exercised their stock options.
The transaction at a face value of Rs 10, allowed Justdial to realise Rs. 68,750 and has taken the paid up share capital of the firm to Rs 84,32,06,020.
