Jaguar Land Rover to invest Rs 4,500 cr

New Delhi: Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover will invest 450 million pound (over Rs 4,500 crore ) to double the size of its Midland-based Engine Manufacturing Centre.

The move would create several hundred of new jobs which would lead to JLR’s global workforce touch 40,000 by next year. Total investment in the site stands at £1bn.
