Through an exchange filing, IT giant Wipro has completed the acquisition of Encore Theme Technologies by adding a 3.3 per cent equity stake in the firm.
The latest purchase has taken its stake in Encore Theme to 96.7 per cent, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro.
