Mumbai: INDRA INDUSTRIES LIMITED has announced that the trading of Rights Entitlements (REs) for renunciation will start on May 23, 2025. The trading will end on June 2, 2025. REs give shareholders the right to participate in the company’s upcoming Rights Issue, which will be open from May 23 to June 6, 2025.

The REs will be traded under the code 750984, with the scrip ID of INDRA-RE and ISIN No. INE924N20016. These trades will be settled on a T+1 basis and are done on a trade-for-trade method.

Trading members should ensure that clients understand REs are not ordinary shares and that they must either apply for the Rights Issue or renounce the REs before the closing date.

Any un-renounced or un-subscribed REs will expire and be canceled after June 6, 2025. A reminder of earlier notices from 2020 is provided for further guidance.
