According to a regulatory filing, the Housing Development and Finance Corporation will be issuing Non Convertible Debentures worth Rs 2,000 crore.
The minimum subscription for the issue will be hundred debentures worth Rs 1 lakh per unit, and the coupon rate is yet to be decided.
