Mumbai: GRETEX CORPORATE SERVICES LTD (Scrip Code: 543324) has announced a bonus issue of 9 bonus equity shares for every 10 existing shares, with a face value of Rs.10 each. The Record Date for this corporate action is set for April 10, 2025. Trading will commence on an Ex-Bonus basis from April 9, 2025 (Sett. No. DR-608/2025-2026).

Market Lot Revision

Following the bonus issue, the market lot for GRETEX CORPORATE SERVICES LTD will change from 405 shares to 770 shares, effective from April 9, 2025. This adjustment reflects the increased number of shares per lot due to the bonus issue.
