In a conversation with IANS, Shailesh Chandra, President, Passenger Vehicles Business, Tata Motors said that half a dozen group companies have come together to provide holistic ecosystem to customers.

These companies include Tata Power, Tata Chemicals, Tata Autocomp, Tata Motors Finance.

At present, the work seems to be cut out for Tata Motors on EV front as 'UniEVerse' companies create charging stations at home and dealerships as well as provide support for other requirements such as parts and servicing.

However, Tata Motors, at present, do not have any firm plans for dedicated EV dealerships.
