The 22nd Property Expo organized by CREDAI MCHI Thane concluded successfully on Monday, drawing an impressive turnout of over 20,000 families. Held at Highland Gardens, Thane West, the four-day event showcased 100-plus projects from 40 developers and 10 banks and housing finance companies.
“The Expo attracted serious home seekers, and we expect many of them to convert into actual buyers over the next three months,” said Jitendra Mehta, President, CREDAI MCHI Thane. He credited Thane’s growing real estate appeal for the strong response.

The event featured seminars and panel discussions on housing trends, sustainable development, and the future of real estate in Thane. Ajay Ashar, Past President of CREDAI MCHI Thane, emphasized the trust factor that the Expo reinforced among homebuyers. “CREDAI MCHI Thane has played a crucial role in ensuring real estate development aligns with the city’s growth,” he said.

Sandeep Maheshwari, Chairman of the Expo Committee, highlighted Thane’s consistent position as a real estate hub, while Manish Khandelwal, Hon. Secretary of CREDAI MCHI Thane, announced that the Expo’s digital version would remain accessible online for the next year.
As the Expo concluded, Mehta reaffirmed CREDAI MCHI Thane’s commitment to making homeownership a reality, setting the stage for the 23rd edition of the event.
