Raipur:  Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh on 3rd October attended Dussehra programs at various places of the state. Dr Singh at 6 pm attended Dussehra festival program organised at WRS Colony of Raipur. From there he went to Rajnandgaon and attended Dussehra Festival Programs at State High School and Municipal High School organised by Chhatisgarh Janmahotsav Samiti. He also attended Dussehra Festival at Somani village too.
