BSE Limited, Announces DEMAT Auction For Rolling Settlement DR-603/2025-26

Mumbai: BSE Limited has called for offers from trading members for the purchase of securities in the DEMAT auction related to Rolling Settlement No. DR-603/2025-26. The auction will be conducted on Thursday, April 3, 2025, with the following schedule:

Auction Offer Entry: 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM

Auction Matching: 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM

Delivery Statement & Report of Accepted Offers: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM

Money Statement & Final Reports: 3:35 PM to 5:30 PM

Pay-in Details

The pay-in of the auction will take place on Friday, April 4, 2025, at 8:00 am. Members and custodians must verify their auction pay-in obligations and ensure the timely execution of securities pay-in within depository cut-off timings.

Important Notes

Post the implementation of the Uniform Membership Structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will now occur through the Clearing Member of a Trading Member. The restriction on offering securities in the same settlement where they were short-delivered has been removed.

Trading members must be cautious while entering security codes and rates, as no corrections will be allowed in case of errors. The Exchange holds the right to accept or reject offers without any explanation.
