Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced Demat Auction No. 633 for securities in the Rolling Settlement No. DR-633/2025-26. The auction will take place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, and is open to all trading members of the Exchange. This auction is part of BSE’s regular settlement and recovery process for securities that were short delivered.

The auction process will be held in specific time slots. Auction offer entries will be accepted between 2:00 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., followed by auction matching from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Once the auction ends, the delivery statement and report of accepted offers will be shared between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The money statement and final reports will be generated and available between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The Pay-in for the Auction is scheduled on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure securities are delivered to the depositories within their respective deadlines.

With the new uniform membership structure in the Equity Cash Segment, settlements will be conducted through the clearing member of a trading member. Also, trading members can now offer securities in the same settlement in which they were short delivered, as the earlier restriction has been lifted.

Members must be careful while entering security codes and bid prices, as no corrections will be allowed in case of errors. Offers may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the Exchange. Trading members are advised to check for corporate actions like Ex-Rights, Ex-Bonus, or Ex-Split before submitting offers.
