Bank of Maharashtra raises Rs 348 cr from Tier II bonds

The bonds have a face value of Rs 1 crore each.

Public sector lender Bank of Maharashtra has raised Rs 348 crore from the private placement of Tier II bonds, according to a regulatory filing.

The bonds have a face value of Rs 1 crore each, and will be listed on BSE's wholesale debt market.
