Axis Bank rewards employees with 4,22,066 shares for exercising stock options

According to an exchange filing, Axis Bank has allotted 4,22,066 equity shares worth Rs 2 per unit to employees who exercised stock options.

This has increased the paid up share capital of the lender to Rs 615,51,88,658 till date.
